Motel Policies

All Rooms are strictly non smoking and/or vaping. We are pet friendly but require notice if you are planning on bringing your furry friend along. The office is open from 6:30am to 9:00pm; if checking in late, no problem, let us know and we will arrange your keys in a lock box on your room door. Breakfast is available from 6:30 to 10:00am and self serve coffee is available 24 hours in the cafe area.

Privacy

We maintain that privacy is a key to relaxation. Please be respectful of other guests and observe quiet hours from 8PM to 8am.

If you do smoke please do so outside your room. Please be mindful that other rooms may have the heat/AC on and be drawing exterior air.

In an effort to be a more environmentally friendly facility and a more tranquil stay, we do not provide daily room cleaning and the exchange of linens. If you require new/clean linens please let us know and we will be happy to provide you with them.

Security

The motel has staff on location 24/7 and will assist you if any issues arise with your stay.

Cancellations & Refunds

Notice is required for all cancellations. Any cancellation made prior to the day of check-in will be free of charge. Any cancellation made on the day of the reservation's scheduled arrival will be charged for the first night of the reservation. No shows will be charged for the first night of the reservation and result in a cancellation for all remaining nights.
